The present utility model relates to the field of mechanical components, and more particularly to an integrated rolling bearing assembly for sewing machines. The assembly comprises a bearing outer ring, a sleeve inner ring, steel balls, a retainer, a sealing cover, and an oil seal. The sleeve inner ring is provided with an inner raceway for the steel balls, while the bearing outer ring is equipped with an outer raceway for the steel balls. The steel balls are positioned between the inner and outer raceways and are retained within the retainer. One side of the sleeve inner ring features a spindle mounting hole, and the oil seal is installed on the side of the sleeve inner ring adjacent to this mounting hole, thereby sealing the gap between the bearing outer ring and the sleeve inner ring. One side of the sleeve inner ring features a spindle mounting hole; the oil seal is mounted on the side of the sleeve inner ring adjacent to this mounting hole, sealing the gap between the bearing outer ring and the sleeve inner ring. On the opposite side of the sleeve inner ring is a coupling groove; the sealing cover is installed on the side of the sleeve inner ring facing this groove, sealing the other gap between the bearing outer ring and the sleeve inner ring. Compared with the prior art, this design offers a longer service life, higher precision, simplified installation, and reduced weight.
