Spindle – High-Speed Angular Contact Ball Bearing
Features: Primarily used in lathes, grinders, woodworking machinery, and engraving machines. It employs high-precision angular contact ball bearings with a small contact angle and a small-ball design, enabling exceptionally high maximum speeds. Additionally, both the inner and outer rings typically feature a single‑shoulder design, ensuring more thorough lubrication and superior heat dissipation. For certain high-speed applications, imported ceramic balls are utilized; under the same preload conditions, they offer greater stiffness compared to steel balls. During operation, these bearings exhibit low slip rates and reduced sliding friction, resulting in lower temperature rise and energy losses. They can also be applied to high-speed blowers, vacuum pumps, and other power‑head applications.
