Scroll Compressor – Double-Row Angular Contact/Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Features: These bearings are used respectively in the synchronizer of the scroll compressor’s orbiting and fixed scrolls, as well as on the crank at the front end of the main shaft. Due to the unique structural characteristics of scroll compressors, axial displacement must be tightly controlled. Additionally, when employed in industries such as lithium batteries, photovoltaics, and semiconductors—where severe media contamination is a concern—bearings featuring specialized coating treatments and optimized lubrication designs can readily meet these demanding requirements. They can also be applied in applications such as scroll vacuum pumps.
