Heavy-duty truck recirculating-ball steering system – split-type, fully assembled four-point contact ball bearing
Features: Designed for use on both sides of the screw–nut pair in a transmission assembly, this solution accommodates the substantial bidirectional axial loads generated by the reciprocating screw motion. It employs a four-point contact ball bearing configuration, with either a full‑complement design or a cage‑type separator serving as the retainer. By replacing conventional tapered roller bearing arrangements or thrust angular contact ball bearing setups, it reduces system torque and minimizes bearing slippage. It is also suitable for applications such as large rotary tables and construction machinery.
