Pneumatic air cannon
Working principle
An air impact wrench is a pneumatic tool; it gets its name from the loud, cannon‑like noise it makes during operation and is also known as an air wrench. Its power source is compressed air supplied by an air compressor. When compressed air enters the wrench’s cylinder, it drives an internal impeller to rotate, generating rotational force. The impeller, in turn, transmits this motion to the striking mechanism, which performs a hammering action, tightening or loosening screws with each impact.
