Reinforced design structure
Through improvements to the bearing cage, optimization of rivet dimensions, and refinement of the internal curvature structure, the cage’s strength is enhanced by more than 50% under the combined effects of contamination, high‑speed impact, overturning moments, and vibration.

The standard installation method is induction heating. Taking into account the temperature differential, the time interval between the completion of heating and installation (with a 1-second delay resulting in approximately a 10°C change), and the convenience of thermal shrinking (allowing for a 15–20 µm clearance), the recommended heating temperature is: 180 + 10 + 30 = 220°C.
Bearing Sealing Solution
Failure factors in the pneumatic tools industry: Moisture in the air supply and the ingress of external contaminants into the bearing interior lead to lubrication failure and raceway wear. Prior to the modification, the clearance between the bearing and the dust cover was a minimum of 0.30 mm; this has since been replaced with a rubber seal on the dust cover, resulting in zero sealing clearance, which effectively prevents moisture and other foreign substances from entering the bearing and thereby extends bearing life.
