1. The steel is treated with a special surface‑finishing process:
Option 1: Low-Temperature Plasma Immersion Technology (a technology developed by Harbin Institute of Technology for satellites and crewed spacecraft). Experimental results demonstrate that, after treatment, the channel life is extended by a factor of eight, and corrosion resistance is improved threefold.
Option 2: High-Temperature Ion Implantation Technology. This approach successfully optimizes the amount of residual austenite to reduce stress concentrations and achieves high hardness through the extensive precipitation of fine carbonitrides. It enhances service life while reducing costs.
2. Equipped with a specialized grease, a polymer‑based retainer, and seals, it exhibits outstanding corrosion resistance and wear performance, maintaining high reliability even under oil‑starved conditions, with a fatigue life L10 ≥ 2000 hours.
