Small deep groove ball bearings (fan industry)

Product Features

It is the most typical structural form among rolling bearings and is widely used. In addition to withstanding radial loads, it can also accommodate axial loads in both directions.

Typically, two sets of bearings are used: one at the fan‑blade end and one at the snap‑ring end.
To address the aforementioned failure modes, appropriate installation fits and preload levels are required. Our company can provide a complete set of bearing installation fit tolerances as well as specialized press‑fit tooling design services. Recommended fit tolerances for commonly used outer‑rotor fan bearings are listed below; however, due to variations in operating conditions, temperature, materials, and component precision, specific fit requirements may need to be adjusted. Please consult CHIPRO for detailed specifications.
