While ensuring product life meets the customer’s service‑life requirements, this design reduces bearing costs by 50% and simplifies installation, eliminating the installation and axial‑positioning challenges associated with traditional angular‑contact bearings.

High‑power oil‑immersed submersible pumps: The company has developed a composite bearing featuring a ball‑and‑column design to replace the impeller‑end bearing, significantly enhancing the bearing’s ability to withstand radial impacts and improving shaft stiffness. This also contributes to better mechanical seal performance and extended service life. At the pump end, angular contact bearings—used in one or multiple sets—handle axial loads, while deep‑groove ball bearings provide auxiliary support for radial loads, thereby addressing the issue of angular contact bearings becoming misaligned, separated, or disengaged.
