Working principle of the rotary vane pump: The rotary vane pump consists primarily of a stator, a rotor, vanes, a front cover, and springs. Its design utilizes an eccentrically mounted rotor within the stator cavity—where the outer circumference of the rotor is tangent to the inner surface of the stator, leaving only a very narrow clearance—and two vanes that slide in the rotor slots, pressed tightly against the stator’s inner wall by spring tension and centrifugal force. As the rotor spins, it continuously slides along the stator’s inner wall. During continuous operation, the pump repeatedly performs intake, compression, and exhaust cycles, thereby achieving continuous pumping.
