Linear joint—double-half inner ring four-point contact ball bearing

Features: Designed for the front end of planetary roller screws, where installation space is limited and the bearing must handle substantial bidirectional axial loads. Under certain high‑axial‑load conditions, four‑point contact ball bearings are prone to edge climbing; therefore, a double‑half inner ring configuration is employed to mitigate the risk of elliptical raceway truncation. This bearing can also be used in applications such as security systems and automotive steering systems.

Linear joint—double-half inner ring four-point contact ball bearing

Product Description

Linear joint—four-point contact ball bearing with double inner rings

Features: Applied to the front end of planetary roller screws, where design space is constrained and the bearing must withstand large bidirectional axial loads. Under certain conditions involving substantial axial loads, four-point contact ball bearings are prone to edge climbing; therefore, a double‑half inner ring configuration is adopted to mitigate the risk of elliptical sectioning.

It can also be applied in security systems, automotive steering systems, and other applications.
