Working principle of an axial-flow fan: As the impeller rotates, gas enters the impeller axially through the inlet and is accelerated by the blades, increasing its energy. The flow then passes into the guide vanes, which redirect the airflow to an axial direction. Axial-flow fans are typically used in applications requiring high flow rates but relatively low pressures.
Operating Condition Analysis
Due to the complex structure and diverse application industries of vortex blowers, their operating conditions are as follows:
1. Axial load generated on the fan due to wind pressure;
2. Vibration caused by inadequate dynamic balancing of the fan blades and rotor;
3. Due to differences in application industries, fans operate across a wide range of ambient temperatures, requiring their bearings to perform reliably under both low- and high-temperature conditions.
4. The application environment is quite broad, with high dust levels and humid conditions, making it easy for foreign objects to enter.
