Building Dreams and Moving Forward, Living Up to Our Youth—The Chichuang Annual Conference Concludes Successfully
As winter gives way to spring, with lingering chill amid the warming weather, the Chichuang Annual Conference convened as scheduled in Hangzhou. The event was structured around three key components: a business review, an awards ceremony, and a hike along the West Lake.
Gratitude has turned into a crisis, yet the nation remains strong and the people remain confident. We find ourselves in an increasingly uncertain era; in 2020, no one could escape the reality of the COVID‑19 pandemic, and in the face of its relentless surge, no one can remain unaffected. Our country has demonstrated exceptional governance and a profound respect for life in its response to the epidemic. Thanks to the state’s robust support, our annual conference was able to proceed smoothly.

First, the General Manager and representatives from the Sales Department, Technical Department, General Office, Finance Department, and other departments presented their 2020 annual summaries and 2021 plans, one after another.

Each department took a team oath and signed the 2021 annual business plan. During the meeting, representatives from each department presented their individual annual plans.

On this momentous occasion, the Guangdong subsidiary was officially established, and its head, Wang Min, outlined the company’s strategic roadmap for business development.

At the meeting, outstanding employees, employees who demonstrated notable progress, top contributors, and exemplary manufacturing plant representatives were recognized. Employees are the heart of our company, and we honored our high-performing and improving staff in a special way. We believe that products are the foundation of industrial services; without the unwavering commitment of our manufacturing plants to quality and on-time delivery, Chichuang would never have thrived.

A remote “conversation” between guests and employees’ family members, exploring topics such as entrepreneurship, marketing, and the relationship between business and family.

Unlike previous annual meetings, Chichuang consistently embraces an innovative mindset, with every presentation meticulously scheduled to be both informative and engaging—blending the format of a conference with that of a training session. Each speaker is expected to deliver content that adds value to the audience. In addition, the company has prepared year-end bonuses and carefully curated books for every employee, accompanied by personalized messages handwritten by their supervisors.

This year, the traditional annual‑meeting travel program has been replaced with a group hike, fostering camaraderie while getting everyone in shape.
In previous years, after the annual meeting, everyone would head home for the holidays. But this year is different: in consideration of market demand and safety concerns, we’ve arranged for some employees to remain on duty, while the Spring Festival holiday has been scheduled for one week after the meeting concludes. First, this allows us to study and internalize the spirit of the annual meeting, refine our plans, and make thorough preparations for next year’s work. Second, it provides ample time to address any outstanding tasks left unfinished. Third, it gives us the opportunity to prepare training materials for when staff return from leave.
