Integrated Rolling Guide Wheel Bearing Assembly for Steel Rolling
The present invention relates to the field of steel rolling equipment, and more particularly to an integrated rolling guide‑wheel bearing assembly for steel rolling. The technical solution adopted by the invention comprises a guide‑wheel outer ring, steel balls, and an inner ring; the steel balls are housed in a retainer. Sealing devices are provided on both side faces between the guide‑wheel outer ring and the inner ring, and each sealing device consists of multiple layers of alternately arranged first and second sealing covers. The guide‑wheel outer ring, inner ring, and sealing devices together form a sealed space. This technical solution simplifies the constituent components, making installation and maintenance correspondingly straightforward and time‑saving; moreover, the multi‑layered structure of first and second sealing covers, together with snap rings, forms a self‑aligning U‑type mechanism.
The present invention relates to the field of steel‑rolling equipment, and more particularly to an integrated rolling guide‑wheel bearing assembly for steel rolling. The technical solution adopted by the invention comprises a guide‑wheel outer ring, steel balls, and an inner ring; the steel balls are housed in a retainer. Sealing devices are provided on both side faces between the guide‑wheel outer ring and the inner ring, each consisting of multiple layers of alternately arranged first and second sealing covers. Together, the guide‑wheel outer ring, inner ring, and sealing devices form a sealed cavity. This technical solution simplifies the component structure, making installation and maintenance correspondingly straightforward and time‑saving. A multi‑layer composite sealing system—comprising first and second sealing covers and snap rings—provides self‑aligning, sub‑micron‑level sealing, thereby minimizing damage to the bearing caused by the ingress of contaminants and moisture during operation. Consequently, this design enhances steel‑rolling quality and output, reduces maintenance frequency and duration, and achieves the objectives of increased production, improved efficiency, superior quality, and cost reduction.
